Social Media “Back to School Smiles” August 2026

• The promoter of this competition is DeCare Dental Insurance Ireland DAC defined in these terms and conditions as ‘DeCare’ with its registered office address at Unit 10A, Lakeside Retail Park, Ballindine Road, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, F12 V089.
• This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years and older, at the date of Monday, 17th August 2026.
• The competition closing date is 24th August 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors or agents of DeCare, it’s affiliated or Group companies or their immediate family members and household members are excluded from this competition.
• To enter, participants must fill out the entry form and submit a photo of the drawing.
• The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries by a photo generator.
• DeCare will contact the winner via email or phone.
• DeCare Dental’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the competition, all entrants (“entrant” includes any person who enters or attempts to enter the Competition) consent to the use of images on DeCare Dental website and social media channels and other promotional materials.
• All entrants acknowledge that we will use, store and process their personal details to run the Competition including for publicity purposes, in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy which is available here.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name to be announced as a competition winner on DeCare’s social media channels and website.
• By submitting a photo, all entrants give DeCare Dental all rights to use the images on the DeCare Dental website and social media channels and other promotional materials.
• Entrants agree that their names and addresses may be disclosed by DeCare to its agents for the purpose of administering the Competition and/or distributing the prizes. DeCare reserves the right to vary and (or) substitute any/all element(s) of the prizes with prizes of similar or of greater value.
• DeCare reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and/or these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control, provided that, it will always seek to minimise the effect on entrants.
• These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
• By entering the competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
