Fees & Charges

1. DeCare Dental Insurance Ireland DAC does not apply surcharges for subscriptions paid by instalment.

2. Where a customer breaches his/her contract during the subscription year, charges will be applied.

We will seek reimbursement of the losses and expenses incurred by us, as a result of the customer’s non-payment.

These losses and expenses will amount to the total of:

(a) a breach fee of €40 to cover our administration costs and

(b) the total outstanding premium due.
