DeCare Dental make a SPLASH!

The annual Corporate Swim for a Mile Challenge took place last month in the National Aquatic Centre, Dublin. DeCare Dental Insurance Ireland once again competed at the event. The competition is run over two days and is organised by Swim Ireland.

The purpose of the Corporate Challenge is to encourage companies to get their team into the pool, have fun in the water and compete for the much sought after Swim Ireland Cup. All proceeds of the challenge went to Special Olympics Ireland – official charity partner of Swim Ireland. Corporate Challenge 2018 winners were RTE Sports.

This is the second year the company has participated and qualified for the finals. Proudly competing in the swimming pool for DeCare Dental was Maureen Walsh (Chief Executive Officer), Jason Walmsley (Customer Services), Gavin Murphy (Individual Sales & Retention Manager) and Billy Kilduff (Analyst). The event consisted of 32 lengths of the pool with each individual participant completing 400 meters.
