  • Levels 2, 3 and 4 – Add 70% basic treatment (fillings, gum care), 60% major procedures (root canals, crowns, dentures), oral cancer and orthodontic benefits, plus enhanced yearly limits.

Levels 3 and 4 include extra cleanings for expectant mothers, chemotherapy patients and even diabetes‑specific gum maintenance, with immediate activation.
