Interdental cleaning like Flossing can help reduce gingivitis which is a mild gum infection, help to control dental decay on adjacent tooth surfaces and help reduce bad breath.

While tooth brushing alone can remove up to 80% of the dental plaque biofilm , dental flossing can be a very useful method for removing additional dental plaque in areas between neighbouring teeth.

Remember brush for 2 minutes a day morning and night and floss once daily or as directed by your dentist.
