   2. Age Requirement: Patients must be aged 18 years or over to avail of this offer.
   3. DeCare Membership: Patients must hold a valid DeCare Dental membership and provide proof of membership when booking or attending their appointment. The discount is a promotional offer and does not guarantee cover or reimbursement under a patient’s individual insurance policy.
   4. Clinical Suitability: All whitening treatments are subject to clinical suitability. Patients must undergo a dental examination before commencing treatment to determine whether teeth whitening is appropriate. Suitability will be assessed at the discretion of the treating dentist, based on the patient’s oral health and individual clinical circumstances.
   5. Additional Treatment Costs: The €51 discount applies exclusively to the at-home teeth whitening kit. Any required dental examinations, hygiene appointments or additional dental treatments are not included in the offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Patients will be advised of any applicable charges before proceeding.
   6. Appointment Availability: All appointments are subject to availability at Dental Care Ireland Molesworth Street.
   7. Offer Limitations: The offer is limited to one redemption per eligible patient and is non-transferable.
